We assist with the application process, interviews, job offers, visa applications, travel arrangements as well as much-needed medical travel insurance while working away from home.

CVPlacements partnered with various agencies in the US but in 2017 entered into an exclusive agreement with USA Farm Labor, based in North Carolina and with an ex South African Manuel Fick as CEO. Read more.
During the past 17 years we have assisted hundreds of skilled crop farm workers with seasonal opportunities via the H2A visa program in the US. This program remains a huge blessing and privilege and one that we strive to cherish for current South Africans as well as those still to come.
CVPlacements has developed into a well-known and highly respected name in the recruitment sector. Over time our Facebook followers continue to grow and have passed the 51 000 count.
Recruiting for alternative employment opportunities in Canada, Germany, Ghana, the DRC, Sudan, and Bolivia followed.
During the Covid 19 epidemic of 2020 and the travel ban, CVPlacements worked diligently with USA Farm Labor to make the seemingly impossible a reality: we worked closely with relevant role players and diligently walked extra miles to ensure alternative options for visa applications to be received and processed. Despite the travel ban on all flights, we chartered special flights and “acted as travel agents” to enable our clients to fly to the States and take up their seasonal work in the US. The first and historical flight took off on June 19th of 2020.
When the UK launched their Seasonal Workers Pilot Scheme for workers in 2021 CVPlacements jumped at the opportunity to partner with Concordia (UK) Ltd to place workers on this seasonal scheme to work on UK fruit and veg farms.
In February 2022 CVPlacements became the first (and only!) South African agency to be issued with a Gangmasters & Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) licence, authorizing the company to recruit for the United Kingdom.
During June 2022 CVPlacements entered into an agreement with Everest People Solutions (EPS) to offer recruitment services of butchers, slaughtermen, and butcher’s assistants. EPS is a UK based company that is dedicated to the supply of labour to the UK’s Food Production and Manufacturing sector.
We pride ourselves on the 19 years’ recruitment experience that we offer and trusted sources of information that we base the information and support we provide on.
Our clients are the workers, those leaving behind their families and loved ones to take up international employment. The challenges they face while working long hours to provide for their families do not go by unnoticed.
